It was a great fit for a city trip in Kuta with good price value. The room was spotless with a huge, comfy bed and 4 fluffy pillows. Make sure to enjoy the pool area as it's really nice.

You know, I was surprised by the thoughtful touches at this place like the coffee/tea station that didn’t just have those useless instant mixes but real coffee. And how could I forget the 24-hour room service? I ordered food late at night and it arrived so quick, felt like I was dreaming.

It wasn’t cheap, but what I got was hard to argue with.

Ideal for families, the proximity to the beach and local shops was a huge plus, making outings easy and convenient. The clean room featured a comfortable bed and a nice balcony, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. One standout was the restaurant's affordable food options, providing delicious dishes at exceptional prices. However, the limited Wi-Fi availability in some areas was a minor inconvenience, and the pool could have been better maintained with more seating options.

The staff were super friendly, and we loved chillaxing by the pool while the grandkids enjoyed the kids' area. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we even tried the spa, which was wonderfully relaxing. Overall, a great spot for families!

i had a lovely stay at eden hotel. it’s in a great spot right by lippo shopping mall, making it super easy to check out stores and restaurants. the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The standout for me was the spa. i had the best balinese massage ever! absolutely relaxing with wonderful techniques.

The hotel felt misleadingly marketed as a four-star establishment. The air conditioning in my room was noisy and ineffective, making it hard to get comfortable. Additionally, the fridge hardly cooled my drinks, and I couldn’t keep my food fresh. The breakfast selections were limited, lacking basic items like bacon or pastries.

the lift buttons were kinda stuck, but the pool was really nice and the complimentary drink on check-in was cool. loved the balcony view overlooking the street and the friendly staff helped with everything.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive from the airport. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the EDEN Double or Twin Room, which provided a good night’s sleep!

The local eats were incredible, with spots like Bebek Tepi Sawah just a hop away. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and quick to help us out!

The fridge wasn’t plugged in, making it a hassle to keep drinks cold. Breakfast had no bacon and limited drink options, and the balcony had no seating.

The pool was a chill spot, and the floating breakfast is a must-try for a fun twist. Plus, the gardens downstairs were super tranquil.
